I read in Forbes that being multi-passionate (where I thrive in the variety and fast-paced) doesn't make you a failure, it makes you indispensable. I'm claiming that. And it helps when I describe my diverse employment background from leading a team at a church bookstore; to retaining a 100% balancing rate as a teller; to preparing and analyzing budget reports for a $47M corporate legal department; to processing annually $17M worth of invoices while also assisting the controller at a telecommunications company; to purchasing annually $1M+ of project and operating materials as a Buyer. Throw a little bit of photography in the mix too. But, truth be told, I'm most passionate about serving others by volunteering in the community and in the school.

Having such a variety of experience and passions has proven to be a great asset to offer clients as it requires me to be focused, organized, and great at prioritizing. Also, having simple, clear, and concise systems and processes in place is a must. Keeping things simple and organized in business and in life is my Superpower. Let me use my powers to help you get your systems and processes optimized and automated so that you can maximize your productivity while scaling your business. And maybe even take that much needed vacation.

I’m based in the Dallas, TX area but my heart still resides in North Carolina where I was born and raised. My desire to work from home, or wherever my laptop has Wi-Fi access, in order to devote as much time as possible to my three ridiculously amazing, fun children (and our dance parties) is what led me to start this business as a Virtual Assistant. Being able to serve and support others while also being available to them is a blessing.

I value a healthy work-life balance and want to serve others in a way that allows them to have that in their lives as well. My Productivity Planner stays filled out and followed so you’ll never have to micro-manage. And I’ll begin to know what you need before you even know you need it because listening and hearing what’s not being said is one of the greatest strengths that I can serve you and your business with.

It’s not all Planners and Check-Lists though. I have to have a weekend every so often in which the trio and I head out without a plan and just enjoy the adventure as it unfolds. I’m also the one not afraid to jump first and then figure out how the parachute works on the way down. And enjoy the freedom-fall as I’m Googling “How To Get Your Parachute To Open”. I “eat the elephant one bite at a time” and know that I have in me what it takes to land on my feet. Don’t worry though, I won’t be aimless and free-falling with your business, but I will be the Type B that thinks outside of the box and encourages spontaneously doing something you’ve never done before.
